Wanted Church Youth Director
Wesley UMC in Wausau is looking for someone to direct our youth ministries. This person would form and lead a youth group for 6th grade through 12th grade. They would provide spiritual leadership, planning, and coordination of all youth programming. This position is currently ten hours per week however could be coupled with a children’s education director position that would include additional hours.
A qualified candidate will have experience leading youth. They will be a fully devoted Christ follower and be an example in his/her walk with God. The person would have a vision and passion for young people and promoting their relationship with God and spiritual growth. They should have strong organizational and communication skills and will need to work as a team player with pastor, staff, and parents.
